Financial Planning Institute verifies that professionals listed as CAAs have met its certification requirements. Listing a professional does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of their services, qualifications, or performance, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any advisor. Any engagement you enter with a CAA is solely between you and that professional. Insurance products are offered only through appropriately licensed professionals; guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer, products are not FDIC or NCUA insured, and availability varies by state.
You agree not to: use the Platforms for any unlawful purpose; misrepresent your identity or credentials; interfere with or disrupt the Platforms or their security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users; or use the Platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair them.
The Platforms and their content, including text, graphics, logos, the CAA name and designation marks, and software, are owned by or licensed to Financial Planning Institute and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platforms for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and accessing them is at your own risk.
The Platforms are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information is complete, accurate, or current.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platforms with a revised effective date, and your continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
