Annualife, the owner and operator of the Certified Annuity Advisor
(CAA) designation and website (www.certifiedannuityadvisor.com), requires that all complaints against a CAA be submitted by

Submission Requirements
- No Anonymous Complaints: Anonymous or unsigned
complaints will not be accepted. You must provide your full name and
contact information when submitting a complaint.
- Email Submission Only: Complaints must be sent via
email to [email protected].
Complaints submitted via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or any other
delivery service will not be accepted.
- Supporting Documentation: Your complaint, along
with any supporting documents or materials, must be included in your
email submission. You are encouraged to provide as much relevant
documentation as possible to support your account of the events.
Disclosure to the CAA
A complete copy of your complaint, including any supporting documents
or materials you submit, will be provided to the Certified Annuity
Advisor (CAA) against whom the complaint is filed.
